Personal license

 

For graphics, fonts and patterns

  • Create as many fun things as you want for your own personal use.

You can not:

  • Under no circumstances are you allowed to sell or profit from in anyway from a design (physical or digital) made, using any of this graphics, patterns, brushes or fonts.
  • Under no circumstances are you allowed to sub-license, resell, redistribute, provide access to, gift, share, transfer any resources (anything your purchase or download), not even for free. All licenses are single user and only you are allowed access to the files.
  • Never ever claim copyright of the artwork, patterns, brushes, fonts or anything created by Lusi Art.

Commercial license

 

You can:

  • Use graphics for personal and commercial projects.
  • The license covers the use of one listing!
  • Create up to 5000 end products for sale (if you want to sell more than 5000 products, please purchase an Extended License)
  • Please note that with a commercial license, your design must differ significantly from the original (you must add additional elements, change text colors, etc.). With an extended license, you can use the graphics as is (without changes).

You can not:

  • Sublicense, resell, distribute, provide access, share or transmit graphics as is or with changes (both free of charge and for cash)
  • Resell purchased graphics as your own on Etsy or any other platforms or print-on-demand services (Shutterstock, Spoonflower, etc.)

Extended commercial license

 

You can:

  • The Extended License allows you to use items in any manner permitted under the Standard Commercial License, and pursuant to the obligations and restrictions therein, and
  • in addition you may use Resources purchased under the Extended Commercial License to create End Products for Sale with lifetime sales not exceeding 250.000 units. If Licenses require greater quantities for commercial use, please purches the Ehanced Commercial License.
  • The license covers the use of one listing!

You can not:

  • Sublicense, resell, distribute, provide access, share or transmit graphics as is or with changes (both free of charge and for cash)
  • Resell purchased graphics as your own on Etsy or any other platforms or print-on-demand services (Shutterstock, Spoonflower, etc.)

Enhanced commercial license

 

You can:

  • You may use the graphics, fonts and add-ons in multiple personal and commercial projects.

Sell up unlimited units of all the end products sold using the graphics.

The Enhanced  Art Licence will only apply to and cover Illustrations and Patterns with following terms: 

  • The Enhanced Art License allows you to use Graphics and Patterns in any manner permitted under the Standard License, and pursuant to the obligations and restrictions therein, and
  • In additions, you may use Graphics and Patterns purchased under the Enhanced Art License to create physical End Products for sale, in which the end product for sale may be sold an unlimited number of times.
  • You may use Graphics and Patterns purchased under the Enhanced Art License stand alone to create physical End Products for Sale. Licensed resources may form the main integrity of the Physical End Product and do not need to be used within the wider design. 
  • The license covers the use of one listing!

 

You can not:

  • Sublicense, resell, distribute, provide access, share or transmit graphics as is or with changes (both free of charge and for cash)
  • Resell purchased graphics as your own on Etsy or any other platforms or print-on-demand services (Shutterstock, Spoonflower, etc.)
  • Creating digital End Products under the Enhanced Licence.
  • Claim ownership or copyright.

Terms of licenses for wall art and post/greeting card prints

Personal license

 

You can:

  • This artwork is property of Lusi Art and is for personal use only. You may print these files as many times as you’d like, but commercial use is strictly prohibited. Please refrain from sharing, re-selling, or uploading to publicly available websites. By purchasing this listing, you agree to uphold the copyright agreement. Modification, resale, or public distribution of any kind for commercial purposes, is strictly forbidden.
  • Due to the nature of the instant digital download, all sales are final. Lusi Art will not provide refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations. But don’t hesitate to get in touch with me if you have any problems with your order.
  • You may see colors differently depending on the characteristics of the monitor you are using. Output quality differs depending on the printer you use. Our advice is to examine the products with a quality monitor and print out the products you buy from high quality printers.

 

Since Art Print designs are placed on paper sizes in different proportions, there will be slight variations in design layout and dimensions.

 

You can not:

This license specifically applies to the use of designs for Wall Art poster prints and post cards/greeting cards ready for print provided by “Lusi Art.” It allows up to 1000 Physical End Products. This license covers the use of one listing!

You will have high quality files with the proportions and dimensions specified for the specific purchased digital art to get very high quality printouts within these dimensions and ratios. No digital clipart files are included.

 

You can:

  • Physical Product Sales:  You are authorized to create and sell physical items such as  poster wall art prints using Lusi Art’s designs, provided these sales occur through your own small business, website or your own physical store.
  • Commercial Use:  The designs are available for commercial use but strictly in the form of physical posters you manufacture.
  • Proof of License:  Keeping your receipt or order number is vital as it serves as proof of your licensing rights under this agreement.

 

You can not:

  • Print-on-Demand Platforms:  The use of their designs to sell products on platforms like Amazon Merch, ETSY, Redbubble, Zazzle, Cafepress, Spreadshirt, TeeSpring, Printful, Printify, or any similar website is strictly prohibited.
  • Digital Sales:  Selling any digital version of the designs, whether modified or not, is not allowed.
  • Redistribution and Reproduction:  Reselling, distributing, copying, relicensing, or reproducing the designs in any digital format is forbidden.
  • Claiming Ownership:  You cannot claim that the designs are your own.
  • Revocation:  The license may be revoked if any of these terms are violated.

Terms of licenses for digital stamps, procreate brushes and canvases

Digital stamps

 

All digital stamps come with two PNG files, including one with black lines and one with light grey lines (for no-line colouring). Files are zipped in a folder and available for immediate download after purchase.

All images on this website are the property of Lusi Art/Simona Lupscha and are protected by copyright law. By purchasing a digital download, you are adhering to the policy state herein.

 

You can:

  • Lusi Art digital stamps may be used on items for resale but they must be printed and hand-coloured. Please give credit to Lusi Art/Simona Lupscha when possible. 

 

You can not:

  • Please do not replicate/reproduce the image by any means. The purchased image must not be shared or redistributed and is only to be used by the purchaser.

License for brushes and canvases for procreate

All my Procreate brushes come with the Add-on license - this is slightly different to the Graphics License

You can:

With the Add-ons license you can use the brushes in unlimited projects even if you plan on selling those projects. Any work you create using the brushes belongs to you and you are welcome to sell the artwork or use your creations in any way you like – once you create the illustration, you own it 100%. There are no restrictions as to how many projects you create and how many items you sell that were created with the brushes. Think of them as art supplies you purchase from an art store, these are just in digital form!

  • Create and sell your own graphics, cliparts, designs, book illustrations made with brushes and canvases, including for commercial purposes
  • Use your resources (graphics, cliparts, designs, book illustrations) made with brushes and canvases in an unlimited number of commercial projects

 

You can not:

  • Share original brushes and canvases or original brush files for free or for a fee
  • Resell or share brushes as is or with changes

License for Fonts

Quick overview of the license terms for fonts

You can use the font:

  • in multiple commercial projects.
  • to create stand alone phrase/quote art to sell on items like mugs, t-shirts, tote bags, stickers, etc.
  • Stand alone for logos as long as they are for personal projects or an individual client. Should the client need access to the font, they would need to purchase their own license.
  • In e-books, online publications, and websites for personal use or one-time client projects provided the font is not uploaded onto a third party system for third parties to access or extract.
  • To create word art as long as they are being used as part of a wider design and not as a stand alone singular word.

You can not use the font:

  • To create graphics flattened alphabets, letterforms, digital alphabets (alphas), embroidery fonts, die-cut patterns or stencil designs.
  • To create an editable logo or website template available for resale.
  • To embed on a third party/Print on Demand website where third parties are able to work with the font.
  • To embed in a mobile or desktop app.
